At Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (SBFE), we are a group of 3800 highly passionate and committed people working across four business units in Europe, Africa, Middle East and the Caribbean. SBFE is one of the five regions of Suntory Beverage & Food, and part of Suntory, the world's third largest drinks company based in Japan.

OUR HERITAGE
We're part of a business with a great legacy and that has been family-owned for the last 119 years. In 1899, a 20 year old Shinjiro Torii started his business as a blender of wine and spirits. He then launched his first product, Akadama fortified-wine in 1907. The success of Akadama led to the first Japanese-made whisky, Shirofuda (White Label) in 1929, as a result of the relentless efforts over the years. Shinjiro's son later expanded the business from whisky to beer saying “Yatte Minahare” translated as “Go for it”.
Now Suntory products are known around the world and one of Suntory's strongest growth areas is soft drinks. The challenging spirit of “Yatte Minahare” is still at the heart of our business and guides the way we do things around here: big dreams, resilience, the love of challenges and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
OUR VISION
At SBFE we want to lead the next drinks revolution through Enjoyable Wellness. This means leading the evolution of the next generation portfolio towards healthier and more natural soft drinks. Lifestyles are changing, consumers are looking for natural, authentic, simple, transparent drinks. We will be creating meaningful and unique drinking experiences by taking the best from nature (hydrating spring water and tasty natural ingredients) and also renovating our existing products to make them better for our consumers.
